Naturally, as both a company and as individuals, we strongly believe in our responsibility to give back. As such, we established a 501(c)(3) called the Daxko Foundation.
Daxko team members participate in semi-annual Impact Days, in which team members take a day to work outside of the office to give back to our local community. Most recently, Daxko worked with the Greater Birmingham Humane Society, Habitat for Humanity of Greater Birmingham, and the Young Women’s Christian Association.
Additionally, other projects beyond the Y have included sending care packages to U.S. troops in Iraq and Afghanistan, internal fundraising for Haiti relief, and other similar projects as the need arises. We believe focusing on our local community is the most effective way for us to make a lasting and meaningful impact. At Daxko, our team members develop innovative software and valuable services to propel the mission of our customers forward. serving customers. Daxko leaders share revenue goals, strategic vision, customer successes, and even “pain points” regularly. Our CEO hosts Friday morning Q&A sessions where any team member can ask any question – even tough ones. We believe team members should never stop learning. From lunch-and-learn sessions to intensive team lead training, we set our team members up to grow their careers. Best of all, each full-time Daxko team member is provided a generous self-directed annual professional development allowance and five professional development days in addition to paid time off.
